The central area of Level 1 of the terminal building has an information desk and a post office. Walk down the narrow hallway between them.
On the right side of the hallway, you will find this entrance, with glass doors. Enter through the doors and take the elevator up to Level 5.
Step out of the elevator, and our reception area will be to your left. Use the telephone inside to call the person or department you wish to speak to.
Exit through the Kansai-airport Station ticket gate (Level 2). When you see the sign shown in the photo above, turn left and head for Terminal 1.
Enter Terminal 1 through this entrance and turn left.
Head for North Airline Building through the hallway next to Lawson.
Continue down the hallway between Lawson and MUFG Bank.
If you are visiting us, you may disregard the "do not enter" sign on the door. Continue through to Level 3 of North Airline Building.
Exit through the ticket gate of Port Liner Kobe Airport Station. Go straight out the gate; the route directly connects to Level 2 of the Kobe Airport Terminal Building.
Continue straight through the entrance to the building until you reach the elevator next to the security checkpoint. Take the elevator up to Level 3.
Step out of the elevator on Level 3, and walk down the hallway between Ueshima Coffee House (café with a sign reading "Precious Coffee Moments" in English) and Takobon (takoyaki and soba noodle restaurant).
The entrance to our office is at the end of the hallway. The flight simulator to the right of the entrance is a helpful landmark to determine if you are in the right place.
