Under the management of the Representative Director & Chairman, the Representative Director & President, and other directors, the following functions have been established: The Shop Operations Department, which consists of the KIX Operation Group（International）, the KIX Operation Group（Domestic）, the KIX Customer Service & Sales Support Group, and the ITAMI, KOBE, NARITA Operation Group; the Merchandise Department, which consists of Perfume & Cosmetics, Fashion Group, Wine & Spirits, Tobacco Products Group, Confectionery, Foods Group, Gifts, Electric Appliance Group, the Planning Group, the Digital Marketing Group, and the Logistics, Inventory Control Group; the Airport Services Department, which consists of the Currency Exchange Group, the Passenger Lounge Group, the Advertising Agency Group, the Insurance Agency Group, and the Facility Management, Korea Business Group; the Planning & Administration Department, which consists of the General Affairs Group and the Human Resources Group; the Finance Department, which consists of the Finance Group; the Business Operation Audit Office; and the Auditors.
