Kansai Airports Retail & Services (hereinafter KRS) had been stopped the "KIX DUTY FREE - Official Reservation Site for Duty Free Stores under direct management of Kansai International Airport" and conducted a system maintenance in taking measures against unauthorized access since around 15:00 Tuesday April 20, 2021. The maintenance was completed, and the website resumed from Wednesday 25th August.
Regarding the Japanese Aged Whiskey's Entry Applications and Lottery remains suspended. Resumption of the applications and lottery is yet to be announced when details are confirmed.
KRS will continue to strive to have our website where our customers can use safely.
