Today, an incident below occurred at the confectionery corner in KIX DUTY FREE operated by Kansai Airports Retails & Services.

We failed to deliver some customers' order due to taking time to get ordered items ready.


We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.


We will cancel the order and issue a refund to the affected customer at any time. If you have any question, please contact our Customer Service Center.
