Under the management of the Representative Director & Chairman, the Representative Director & President, and other directors, the following functions have been established: the Shop Operation Department, which consists of the International Group, the Domestic Group, and the Operation Administration Group; the Retail Strategy Department, which consists of the Planning & Analytics Group, the Operation Strategy Group, the Marketing Group, and the Advertising Agency Group; the Merchandising & Procurement Department, which consists of the Cosmetic & Fashion Group, the Liquor & Tobacco Group, the Confectionery & Specialist Retail Group, the Logistics & Inventory Control Group, and the Shop Design & Maintenance Group; the Airport Services Department, which consists of the Lounge Group, the Currency Exchange Group, and the Insurance Group; the Administration Department, which consists of the Administration Group and the Human Resources Group; and the Finance Department, which consists of the Finance Group.
